Inspired by the movie Jiro Dreams of Sushi, my blog came into fruition when I realized that I, too, often dream about food. It is said that humans forget 90% of their dreams once they wake up. This holds true for me...but what of the remaining 10%? Well, let's just say it's being documented in food history on this blog.
